Jon Carraher is a fantasy artist and illustrator originally from Elizabethtown in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Jon’ passion for art and the natural world began at a very young age. Although he was initially led down a more traditional career path, Jon continually worked on his artistic skills. Jon is a primarily self-taught artist. The majority of Jon’s work is nature-based and fantasy-oriented and he gathers his inspiration from nature, folklore, and legends. Jon says that his art is an expression of his fascination with trees and his vivid imagination.
