Cora O’Dell is an artist and maker originally from York, PA. She has had a strong love of art and historical fashion since she was a child, instilled by her mother when they would go to museums and galleries together and by her photographer father. She was always encouraged to try new mediums and styles, and to explore and learn about art, fashion, and history. Cora mostly paints illustrations with Scandanavian folklore and woodland creatures as recurring themes in her artwork, usually painted in watercolor and gouache. She is a self taught seamstress with a love of historical and fantasy costumes, which she has been making since she was 14 years old.
