Gotta Pea was a children’s property focused around a group of pea characters living in a junkyard. The goal was to create several mobile games tied in with toys and plush characters and eventually the development of a cartoon. We published one mobile app game, Peakour with several others in development, in addition to short films, board games, toy designs, and storybooks.
I was responsible for streamlining the character designs and producing all visual assets and animations for games and anywhere Gotta Pea was represented. I also contributed to the game design of Peakour and Pea in the Pool.
The Pea Yourself app was designed so you could customize your own Pea or Zompea character and either save it for profile photos or print. I illustrated all the different assets to make thousands of different pea character combinations.
