Nature Big and Small

May 27 @ 3:00 pm - May 28 @ 9:00 pm

A collection of painterly mini and large works by Debra Tritt Kreiger.

Deb is known for her beautifully drawn and painted nature/wildlife inspired watercolor paintings. She uses bright fresh color and textures to transform her subjects. Nature and wildlife are her love, but she paints various subjects with ease. She carries her cheerful and passionate personality into all her paintings. She works from her own photographs and explains that she can paint an animal much better if she has met him or her in person. Deb says, “I can give a great deal of detail to the emotion of the moment captured in time.”

Deb also has gained great knowledge from her experience with plein air painting. She will often use acrylic or water based oils along with watercolor. It is being present in the moments of time that make painting the great outdoors so exciting to her.

Debra has gained national and international recognition and awards for her paintings. She is a signature member of the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, a member of the Susquehanna Valley Plein Air Painters, PA Guild of Craftsman (Yellow Breeches Chapter) and the Society of Decorative Painters.

Deb is honored and humbled to be able to produce, share and sell her paintings: a great platform to be able to tell the stories of God’s precious creatures and the beautiful world we live in.
